He pondered which key trends in the society, which he calls the Narrow Road, the Wide Road, the Rocky Road and the Toll Road, South Africa will follow, but suspects it to be the rocky road into which the economy will slip.
The talk was hosted by the University’s Department of Public Management and Governance, in partnership with the Library and Information Centre.
